Ozonosphere has concentration of ozone, sufficient to block the ultraviolet radiation from sun. Thats why this layer of atmosphere called ozonosphere.
Ionosphere, this layer enables wireless transmission, radio wave transmitted from earth, is reflected back to earth by these ions. The ionosphere is the top most layer of earth atmosphere usually its where the satelites hang around.
