Well first of all its called the iPhone 4S and the differences are they upgrades the CPU to a dual-core A5 which is found in the Ipad. also a 8 mega pixel camera and also its 1080p video, they have upgraded their antennas for better call quality and download and upload speed. Also added better feature to IOS such as siri. It is not a 4g phone but it can compare with most top 4g phones out today.
