The Meta tags are used to provide information to the browsers or search engines. This is where the Keywords, and description of the page is located. The information provided in the head tags does not display in the web page..

∙ 12y agoThe head tag includes everything you would you would usually put in the header of a website. ie name, company picture etc.
However the title tag is a tag you can place inside the head tag to say what the title of the website is going to be.
The main difference is the head tag can have multiple tags within in whereas the title tag is a tag that can go inside a head tag
