- When you want to win someone back you do so by phoning them and asking if they will meet with you to talk over the break up. When you stalk someone you are following them here and there; phoning and possibly threatening the person or hanging up when they answer or driving by their home several times without confronting the person in their home. Following someone or constantly bothering them feels creepy to that person and it is not a normal thing to do.
