There is no difference. Electrons are subatomic particles and therefore identical.

Added:

In the same orbital, defined by one 'tri' set of quantum numbers (n, l, and ml ) the spin quantum number differs, the two values being ms = +1/2 and ms = -1/2, are each taken by one electron.

How do scientist tell the different between two isotopes of the same element?

scientists Can tell the difference between two isotopes of the same element because, isotopes of the same elements always have the same number of protons.

What do two neutral isotopes of the element have in common?

The same numbers of protons and of electrons; the difference between isotopes is in the number of neutrons.

The electron structure of the two isotopes is the same. They differ in the number of neutrons in the nucleus- 37Cl has two more than 35Cl

What are two types of beta decay for radioactive elements?

Some isotopes emit an electron on decay, others emit a positron (anti-electron).

Why is it extremely difficult to separate the two isotopes of copper 63Cu and 65Cu?

The separation of isotopes is relatively easy for light elements as hydrogen, lithium, nitrogen etc. For elements with higher atomic weight and a small difference between the atomic masses of the isotopes the process is long and expensive. The insignificant differences between these isotopes doesn't facilitate the separation.

Mendelevium -256 and mendelevium-258 what is the difference between the nuclei of these two isotopes?

Mendelevium 256 has 155 neutrons and mendelevium 258 has 157 neutrons.
