Typically, there is no difference. They are calculated in the same way.
A postgraduate degree is a degree you get after your undergraduate degree, so for example a Master's degree or a Ph.D. A postsecondary degree is a degree you get after high school (high school = secondary school), such as a B.A. or B.Sc. A postsecondary degree is usually referred to as an undergraduate degree. (At least in my neck of the woods.)
Postgraduate just relates to studies beyond a bachelor's degree. We can also say, advanced course work after graduation. In a sense, a masters is postgraduate work and also a doctorate is postgraduate work etc.
Difference between Bachelor Degree & Master Degree 1. Bachelor Degree is Undergraduate program and Master Degree is Postgraduate program. 2. Bachelor Degree is for 3 years and Master Degree is for 2 years 3. You can do Master Degree without passing the Bachelor Degree program.
