Chocolate milk is more healthy - it has protein and calcium - but it also has sugar and may have fat
Coke is just sweetened carbonated water
a 12 oz Coke has 140 calories
an 8 oz glass of chocolate milk can have from 210 (whole milk) to 160 (skim milk) calories; bumping these up to the 12 oz level makes the range 315 to 240
So the chocolate milk has a lot more calories (which can cause you to gain more weight).
