Anglo-Saxon is the term usually used to describe the Germanic tribes who invaded the south and east of Great Britain during the early 5th century AD. These tribes were the Angles (from Angeln), the Saxons (from Lower Saxony), and the Jutes (from Jutland). The term is also used to refer to the inhabitants of England just prior to the Norman Conquest in 1066 AD. The term "Celtic" refers to the peoples who were know to the ancient Greeks as Keltoi and to the Romans as Celtae. This refers to a large number of tribes groups spread widely over Western Europe, speaking common or similar languages, and ranging from parts of the British Isles through France, Spain, and parts of Germany, as well as E. Europe, and Asia Minor. The Celts occupied Britain before the Anglo-Saxons and their languages were not similar.

Anglo-Irish was a term used historically to describe a privileged social class in Ireland, whose members were the descendants and successors of the Protestant Ascendancy, Anglican Church of Ireland, which was the established church of Ireland until 1871, or to a lesser extent one of the English dissenting churches, such as the Methodist church. Its usage continued in the Victorian era, when it described a class composed mostly of Church of Ireland adherents who had adopted many English customs.

Irish Gaelic (correct)/Irish Language or Gaelige (gail-igg) is the language that can be spoken in Ireland.

The Celts are native to the British isles and consist of the Welsh Irish and Scottish people when it comes to Britain but their influence went all the way to te Iberian penninsulua. The Anglo-Saxon people are Germanic and Norse related and from those areas of northern Europe and Germania. Today the English are most common to the Saxons and the welsh Irish and scots are te only remaining Celtic people.
