Well...

1. Most I've used dry out your lips.

2. If you smudge it, it's not very forgiving.

3. Can't easily apply without a mirror.

4. Doesn't plump like lip gloss does.

5. Harder to pull off then chap stick or lip gloss.

6. Not very casual.

7. DOESN'T COME IN YUMMY FLAVORS. (in fact, lipstick usually tastes gross)

I still, however, like lipstick for more formal occasions, or when i want bold color.

advantage: It makes you're lips look juicy and kissable, and it keeps your lips moisturized so they don't get chapped. It's also a way to put color on your lips without it feeling dry or looking flakey like lipstick can do sometimes.

disadvantages: It goes away easily and your hair gets stuck in it.
