hi I've just got back from milan last night and travelled from milan central station to linate airport there is a shuttle bus which costs 3 euro and leaves straight outside the station every 20min from 5:15am - 1:30am the journey takes about 20min and the distance is around 8miles you can buy the shuttle tickets either from the airport or central station from the newsagents inside the terminals all signs are in English so you cant miss them hope this helps
