Rough endoplasmic reticulumn have ribosomes on it.It gives a high surface area for protein synthesis.

Mitochondria are the only organelle in a cell which is surrounded by a double layered membrane. Also chloroplast in plants are surrounded by double layered membrane.

Eukaryotic cells have a double-layered membrane called the nuclear envelope that surrounds and protects the nucleus. Additionally, eukaryotic cells have a plasma membrane that encloses the entire cell and regulates the movement of substances in and out of the cell.
I'm pretty sure ribosomes are present in all cells although they come in different forms (rough, smooth, etc), I think the nucleus and membrane are also in all cells but I would double check. Hope this helps :)
A cell membrane is a thin, double-layered sheet that surrounds a cell. It acts as a boundary to protect the cell and regulate the passage of substances in and out.
Phospholipids lays the basic structure.Proteins, carbohydrates also join in forming the membrane.
The double layered structure surrounding all cells is called the cell membrane or plasma membrane. It acts as a barrier to control the movement of substances in and out of the cell, helping to maintain cell integrity and regulate cellular processes.
