People in Poland dress like in the rest of Europe and the westernised world. They have very colourful traditional dress and their own exotic traditional dances and music. See the links below:

Typically, Polish people wear clothes.
Your genetics does not determine your personnality, your environment does. Poland is very different from America. So you dress and act like an American, not like a Pole.If you speak Polish really well, spend a lot of time in Poland, and work hard at it, you may eventualy learn to dress and act like a Pole who grew up in Poland.
Clothes. Very similar to what we wear in America although more often than not ,they have to dress warmer longer..
Martin A. Pack has written: 'Costumes & dances of Poland' -- subject(s): Clothing and dress, Polish Folk dancing
Traditional Polish folk costumes vary by region, but are typically brightly coloured and decorated with embroidery. Poland's folk costumes are sometimes still worn for special occasions, like weddings, or in the most rural parts of Poland by older people. Headdresses range from hats to wreathes of flowers, fabric colours vary greatly, aprons, vests, and ribbons are used depending on the costume. ElysiaXxxx
I'm not sure if this is exactly what happened, but supposedly German troops attacked a radio station in an ethnicly German part of Poland. Then they put Polish uniforms on dead civilians and announced that the Polish army had attacked the station. Then they invaded Poland to 'protect' the Germanic people living there.
Poland has never left Poland
I'm from Poland-_- Polska-Poland Polska-pole-pole means field
