That depends as the Earth's interior is by no means uniform. Starting from the center is the inner core which is solid composed of mainly iron, then follows the outer core which is liquid spinning around the inner core composed of mainly iron. Then you have the lower mantle which is about 2000 Km thick and the upper mantle which is about 700Km thick. Silicates chiefly comprise this layer. So called transition zone is found roughly 690Km below the surface where beyond this zone mantle becomes more "plastic". The topmost 71Km constitutes the Earth's crust which is solid also mainly composed of silicates.
