This is a matter of opinion. It depends on the Speech Therapist and what they feel they are most comfortable with.
Articulation is probably the least complicated speech disorder. However, many speech therapists struggle with articulation.
Every clinician and patient are different.
There is NO cure for this disorder.
for starters the best treatment is speech therapy backed up with psychological therapy actually there is not a very difficult pathology in this disorder. -and the best cure is knowing that the worst speech impediment is the one which afflicts those with the inability to speak with the soul

There is no definite cure for somatization disorder, but there are methods that can ease the disorder. Antidepressants and cognitive behavioral therapy (specifically group therapy) are well known treatments.

It is a disorder affecting the motor abilities of speech. These would include articulation, some types of aphasia, and apraxia.
There isn't really a cure, as it is a mental disorder, but you can overcome it and get used to living with it.
