What is the easiest way to capture Lugia?

The easiest way would be to use the masterball. If you want to safe that, here's what to do. Get a strong electric type. (Like Ampharos) Use that to get it's health in the red zone. Then make sure that you have a good supply of potions, ultra balls, and Pokemon that are resistent to some of lugias attacks. (Steel, dark, or water type Pokemon are good, especailly steel.) Have one Pokemon that can parilyz lugia. (Not a Pokemon that can put it to sleep, because if you can't catch lugia quickly, you would have to keep putting it to sleep) The best way to parilyz lugia would be to have a Pokemon with the move thunder wave. (Possibly your strong electric type) Using this strategy, lugia should now be at low health and parilyzed. Now start throwing all of those ultra balls that you brought until you catch it. WARNING! If you use the non master ball strategy, SAVE THE GAME BEFORE YOU START! This is important incase you KO lugia, it KO's you, or you run out of pokeballs to use.(Besides that masterball your saving.)

PS. It is best to save your master until you get to ho-oh. DO NOT USE IT ON MEWTWO! There is a very easy way to catch Mewtwo.
