You don't - it takes a trained veterinarian or veterinary technician (in some situations) to do this. The medications are only available through veterinary prescription as they are based on controlled substances.
The veterinarian or technician will insert a needle into a vein then inject a large bolus of euthanasia solution into the vein. The combination of drugs in the solution both anesthetizes the dog as well as stops the heart, resulting in a rapid and painless death.
I would suggest putting it down. That is the kindest way you can kill a dog.

A Dutch Shepard is a large hearding dog. Like any large dog if they find their territory comprimised by another they can and will defend that area. It is possible that the small dog encroched in to its "area" and the larger dog attacked.

A reasonable amount won't kill a dog. Feeding too much of any high fat food over a period of time can cause pancreatitis and be fatal.
