There is no easy way, to truly understand Kabbalah one must know other things. You must first understand the Tanakh and the Talmud. You will risk being so very wrong in your views of Kabbalah if not studied in it's Jewish context.

Girls are as complex as boys and every girl is different. There is no way to work out something and then you know how every girl works, just like there is no way like that to work out all boys. All you can do is get to know the girl(s) who matter(s) very well and sooner or later you will understand her if you try to and if she is willing to let you understand her.
There is no easy way. You have to build relationships, not find them. Relationships are built on trust, love, friendship, romance etc.... You actually have to get out there and look for people.
Men say wife when referring to their wives because it is an easy way to refer to a spouse. A man will often call his significant other his wife even when they are not married.
You can make the man divorce his wife so that he is no longer "married". No there is no easy way to leave. But why stay around, he's a cheater who probably has already started moving in on your replacement. Pity his wife instead.
