attacking them
that's what i did and i beat them on my first and none of my Pokemon fainted
the second time i had no damage taken
the first time my party was
1. lvl 62 emopleon
2. lvl 100 deoxys (shiny) lvl 100 golden groudon (its gold cuz its shiny) lvl 100 mew (shiny) lvl 70 celebi (normal) level 71 empoleon and a lvl 20 spiritomb
ull find out what a spiritomb is when u get to the champion (Cindy)
