There is no need for a degree to pursue real estate investing as a career. The issue most come across is the capital needed to start. As long as the money is there and you got the know how any one can do it.

Any teaching career can be obtain via the web or simply by taking a course at any local college. There are also continuing education courses tat one can obtain by going to any school that offer such courses.
Typically medical techs start at the lower end of the salary range. There is minimal education requirements.
