Most apple cake recipes call for 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. If you want a hint more cinnamon had a half teaspoon onto that. If you don't like cinnamon just use 1/2 teaspoon.
"Tres Leche" means, literally translated, "Three Milks". It is a a moist cake made from three types of milks.

Ingredients1 each egg1/2 cup sugar2 tablespoon oil1 1/4 cup buttermilk1 teaspoon vanilla1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup flour, all-purpose2 teaspoon baking powder1 each apple, peeled, sliced thin2 tablespoon cinnamon sugarBeat together first 5 ingredients until blended. Beat in the next 3 ingredients until blended. Place batter in a lightly oiled 10 inch springform pan and place apples decoratively on top. Sprinkle top with cinnamon sugar.Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 to 40 minutes, or until a cake tester inserted in center, comes out clean. Allow to cool in pan.When cool, remove from pan and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon sifted powdered sugar.Serves 12.
