The fasion case is where you keep all your accsessories and you only you is in heart gold and soul silver to dress a Pokemon up for a picture in the goldenrod city .As for the contest there is none in HG/SS theres only the pokeathelon which is by national park.

∙ 14y agoThe fashion case allows you to store fashion items that you can use to dress up your Pokemon. If you go to the top end of the tunnel in Goldenrod city there will be a camera set up. Just talk the people at the till and they will tell you the rest.

∙ 13y agoTo use the fasion case you go to golden rods tunnel by bills house then go to the other exit and turn left talk to the guy behind the booth and he will take your pokemons picture that is how you get to use it.
