There's no sensible answer to that, unless you decide what kind of bike and what kind of riding conditions you're interested in.

A single unassisted rider on a fairly normal looking bike on flat ground can do about 60 KMH, or 40 MPH.

Downhill Mountainbikers will easily do double that, as will riders in streamlined recumbents.

Riders drafting behind purpose-built sports cars on custom bikes can do four times that of the solo rider.
