Without Mods or Hacks, the guns that kill the fastest are probably the Shotguns. As you know, the Spas-12 (the first shotgun in that section) can kill in one hit). It is probably the case with the Ranger and 1887s too. However, AA-12, Striker etc. take more than one shot to kill.
