it can take well over 4 weeks or even 6 because i went for a test and tested positive for tmzpam nearly 4 weeks later than id had it but usualy it was out quicker but i had been having grapefruit juice every day prior and that could of added to it. lots of excercise and things like nettle tea and just being more on the go can make it go faster but temazepam can stay in the fat and not come out if you eat alot of fat and its just a case of trying to cleanse your system.
