go to neibourhood press shift ctrl and c at the same time and the cheat box pops up, and write exactly "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true". go into household and shift click on sim and select set to birthday on that day at 6pm your sim will grow up to the next age level. if it is already past 6pm you will have to wait until 6pm the next day. this works for every age group. also to make sims younger do the same thing exept instead of choosing set to birthday select spawn then sim modder and then set age duration then choose which age group you want your sim to be. you can also do this and make them older.
