Although the condition exists, there is no medically recognized term (as there is for clowns, for example). Two that have been suggested are
- achondroplasiphobia/ achondroplasiaphobia, after the dwarfism condition achondroplasia
- nanosophobia (which uses the Greek word nanos/nannos that also meant dwarf)

The Dwarfs house is called the Dwarfs small cottage. In Disney's Snow White. There was no name in that cottage. But one author made a name of it 2 years after Disney made the cartoon version. The author named it Dwarfs small cottage because the Dwarfs were in a small cottage in the forest.
