called scorachievemephobia.
Although it is not yet medically recognized several charities and medical organizations considering investigation.

sufferers often suffer with the need to be the best, although in reality they know they maybe cannot compete to the same levels as their peers. They often feel physically and technically inferior. It also often leads to gloating behavior about other achievements they have accomplished however these may be false 'imaginary' achievements. Other symptoms can be depression, hair loss, weight loss and Alcoholism.
