Huntress
Male lions are not lazy; they play a critical role in defending their pride's territory and offspring. While they may rest for up to 20 hours a day, this behavior conserves energy for hunting and safeguarding the pride. Each lion in the pride has a specific role, with males protecting the group and ensuring its safety.
Male lions do not have sharper teeth than female lions. Both male and female lions have sharp teeth designed for hunting and tearing apart prey. The main difference lies in the size of their overall body and teeth, with male lions generally being larger and having larger teeth for their size.
Female lions do
Female lions look very similar to their male counterparts, however they do not have the long mane male lions are famous for. Female lions hunt in packs and protect the young.
Female lions are typically attentive and protective mothers, often nursing and grooming their young cubs. However, they can also display aggressive behavior towards their own offspring or other lionesses in the pride when defending their territory or resources. Overall, female lions are known for their strong maternal instincts and play a vital role in raising the next generation of lions.

Not all of them (for obvious reasons). It is easy to distinguish between male and female lions because adult male lions have long fur on their head and neck called a mane, while female lions do not. Males have this because they get into fights over territory with other lions and the fur helps protect their necks in these fights. See the related link for a picture. The male lion is on the left, the female on the right. Well not all of them but there is some female lions between adult lions and male lions.
