What is the final stage and level like in Wii Super Mario Brothers?

The final level (AKA final course or final stage) is the last level/course/stage of a video game. In New Super Mario Bros Wii, the final course is world 9-8. you can access in this level beating Mega King Bowser Koopa Sr. in the Koopa's Castle of World 8 and by collecting all Star Coins of World 8.
Usually, the final stage is very difficult and with a big number of enemies. In New Super Mario Bros. Wii the World 9-8 has jumpin' clouds and King Bills, very giant invincible (also with a Invincibility Star power) Bullet Bills), that break every block that they touch. There are a lot of Mini Mushroom and the clouds move you to the King Bills.
