Tuba scales fingering are scales for given valves in Tuba.
The correct fingering for playing an F flat note on the piano is to use your thumb (1st finger) on the white key directly to the left of the F key.
I don't know what's the fingering position, but you can rent a tutor for you to know all the fingerings. It is just affordable. I hope it helps a lot!
