Same as it is with all inline six diesels (and most inline six engines, at that) - 1 - 5 - 3 - 6 - 2 - 4. Cat, Cummins, Detroit, Scania, Iveco, etc... all use the same firing order.
you will need a c-6 tranny for a big block
There is no such firing order. That I have ever none are heard of for those numbers. So enlighten me...... a) You have EIGHT digits / No.s / Cylinders? b) you have TWO "8" digits c) you have a "9" digit............................ So there's EIGHT Cylinders and you are missing digit/No. SIX (6) in your listing ??
All 351 (C, M, or W) Ford engines (along with 400's and HO 302's) use the firing order: 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8Other Ford V8's (like non HO 260/289/302, 429/460, MEL and FE engines) use 1-5-4-2-6-3-7-8Older V8's (Y-blocks and flatheads) use 1-5-4-8-6-3-7-2
