Most people will test positive for the HIV virus within three months of infection. This is called the primary phase. Typically, those with the virus at this stage will not exhibit signs of illness. If they do show signs of illness, the symptoms resemble the symptoms of flu.
An HIV test may still be negative which is why it is important to receive counseling before and after testing. Patients need to be informed about the window period and if they need to be re-tested at a later date given their particular circumstances.

It means there are White blood cells in your urine, enough to make the test positive which is abnormal. As far as a negative nitrite test... If this is positive, it means you have Gram negative bacteria in your urine and need to be treated with antibiotics. Leukocytes is infection. Urobilinogen is blood in the urine. It sounds like you was performing a test for a urine infection. If either of these 2 are positive then you have a UTI or possible Kidney infection if blood is found in urine.
