The first step to take is to immediately seek shelter by going to the nearest basement. If a basement is not available, seek an interior room on the lowest level of a home or building. If you are outside, take cover inside the nearest home or building. If you are unable to do so, do not hide under a bridge/overpass OR remain in your car. Instead, seek the lowest and flattest area of land nearest you. Be aware of flying debris and protect your head with your arms.

Clouds themselves are not what forms a tornado, at least not directly. The process is complicated.First, a condition called wind shear, in which the speed or direction of the wind changes with altitude. If the shear is strong enough it can essentially tilt a thunderstorm, this separates the updraft and downdraft of the thunderstorm, preventing them from interfering with one another. This allows the storm to become stronger and last longer.Additionally, if the wind shear is strong enough it can start the air rolling in what is called horizontal vorticity. This horizontal vorticity can then be turned vertical by a thunderstorm's updraft. When this happens, the thunderstorm may start rotating. The rotation is especially strong in an updraft called a mesocyclone. If the storm intensifies rapidly enough, a relatively warm downdraft called a rear-flank downdraft or RFD can wrap around the bottom part of the mesocyclone. This can then tighten and intensify its rotation and bring it down to the ground to produce a tornado.
in a cumulonimbus cloud (a thunderstorm cloud) there are negative and positive charges. the ground is positive, the lower level of the cloud is negative and the upper level of the cloud is positive. When lightning is about to take place there is one path where negative and positive charges crossing, thus creating an electrical charge, in other works lightning.
The exact opposite to the expression "every cloud has a silver lining". They both mean the same though which is, in short, you've got to take the good with the bad.
It can take anywhere from just a few seconds, to several minutes, if the funnel cloud reaches the ground at all.

The first step you should take when creating a program is to write an algorithm for it. An algorithm is a programming tool that offers a step by step solution to a programming problem.

There are several types of cloud involved in tornado formation at different stages. Tornadoes form from thunderstorms, which take the form of cumulonimbus clouds, though only a fraction of thunderstorms produce tornadoes. The rotation in a thunderstorm that has the potential to produce a tornado is often marked by a wall cloud. Finally, the developing tornado itself is usually marked by a funnel cloud.
The time it takes for oil to flow through a funnel depends on factors such as the viscosity of the oil, the size and shape of the funnel, and the angle at which the funnel is held. Typically, oil can flow through a funnel relatively quickly, within a few seconds to a minute.

There are two main facotrs. First of all, there are often two visible components to a tornado: the condensation funnel and the dust cloud. The condensation funnel is made of water droplets just like an ordinary cloud. Like other clouds, the apparent color depends on the lighting conditions. It it is front lit it will appear light gray or white. If it is back lit it will likely appear dark gray or black. A tornado may also pick up significant amounts of soil, creating a dust whirl matching the soil color. This may be limited to the lower portion of the tornado, or may envelope the entire funnel. Tornadoes can take on other colors if they are hit by sunlight coming in at an angle.
