Install a virus scanner, don't attach any other drives, disconnect from internet!
Quarantine an infected system. Then use use antivirus software and antiadware software to do a general cleanup. If the system is highly infected and will later hold sensitive data, consider backing up the data, reformatting the hard drive, and reinstalling the OS and applications. In fact, Microsoft recommends this to be the safest way to deal with highly infected systems.
first step, unhide the associated files in the folder then delete it manually, try to open every folder that you suspect infected with this virus then delete it manually. That's the only way, using all this anti-virus still no use, try it............
This really depends on what's wrong with your computer. The first step would be to check if it's hardware or software, try a restart, and then troubleshoot using your computer. If you think you have a virus, download a virus scanner (a trusted one, such as AVG), a registry cleaner (CCleaner, for instance), and a malware cleaner (Malware Bytes) to cover your bases.

There are lots of different viruses. So it depends on the one infecting your computer. It is unlikely that a non professional will be able to remove (or detect) viruses. You probably need to get professional help. Alternatively you could wipe your computers disks of all information by reformatting them (you will lose ALL your files). Then reinstall the operating system from the manufacturers disks. (If you do this be sure to install antivirus, security and firewall as the first, next step). Do not try and reinstall any old files (from the previous system) without first scanning them for viruses.
