The model 90 was not a Red Ryder model, it was the Sportster model made from 1973 to 1978
The model 111 was a Daisy Western Carbine (Not a Red Ryder) It was made from 1963 to 1978. The Daisy No: 111 model 40 (Not Model 111) was a Red Ryder and was made from 1940 to 1952.

There are about 28 different versions of the Red Ryder that have been made over the years. I suggest you locate a book called "Blue book of airguns 10 edition" and identify your model and year.
The red ryder no 111 was made from 1939 to 1971. Then it became the 1938 model from then on to today

Daisy actually made the rifle ling before it became known as the Red Ryder series. The rifle came out in 1910 but was named Red Ryder in 1939 and continued on from there.
The 1938 B Red Ryder 50 year ANNIVERSARY has a Walnut stock and forearm. With a Brass Medallion on the Right side of the stock. It also has a 50 Year Warranty. It was made in 1988.
There are over 28 different version, made over the years, of the Red Ryder. Daisy doesn't bother to put serial numbers on them just batch numbers. There have been thousands made. Daisy made a model 94 Carbine from 1954 - 1962, they also made a model 111 western carbine from 1963-1978. I can find no information on a Red Ryder 1938 carbine. However the 1938 Red Ryder is still in production.
Red Ryder was played by several different actors: Don 'Red' Barry, "Wild Bill" Elliott and Allan (Rocky) Lane portrayed Red Ryder along with Jim Bannon as Red Ryder in the movies.
