can i upgrade my buffer on a toshiba laptop running win 8.1
toshiba is better in my opinion but it depend what windows you are getting
The middle mouse button is usually the scroll wheel. Push the wheel down to click it.
Depends on what year
Absolutely ! I'm running Windows 7 on a Toshiba laptop with 3GB of RAM - and it runs very well !
A number of possibilities here: Have you tried in all USB ports? Have you tried the drive in another computer? I know on my Toshiba Laptop, if I plug the flash drive in B4 I power up, it doesn't read it, but if I remove the drive and then plug it back in it works (while machine is running)
The most likely reason is that your laptop does not meet the system requirements for Windows XP.
I think it does
A windows 7 is good. so is HP, Compaq, and Toshiba.
I have the same problem, but in Windows Vista... In Win Xp, you have to open the windows management... Were says Connect to... and click on configure or manage in the left box... just unmark the option that says Manage This Device Whit Windows
It will while the program is running, but after it stops running there will be no change in computer speed.
I usually just press the power button - that usually does the job of booting up my laptop !
