Neptune's atmosphere is sub-divided into two main regions; the lower troposphere, where temperature decreases with altitude, and the stratosphere, where temperature increases with altitude. The boundary between the two, the tropopause, occurs at a pressure of 0.1 bars (10 kPa). The stratosphere then gives way to the thermosphere at a pressure lower than 10−5 to 10−4 microbars

Jupiter is entirely made out of gas and fluids, and the transition from gas to fluid is smooth. Therefore, there is no clear surface, and the concept "surface pressure" does therefore not make sense for Jupiter.

But you can see a discussion of how scientists can define different theoretical "surfaces" of Jupiter in the article "Atmosphere of Jupiter" on Wikipedia. See link below.

No one really knows because scientist can't sens aircraft because it is to far frome earth.

But they have sent spacecraft. The force of gravity (on a particular object) at the surface of Neptune would be

about 20% more than on Earth.

But it depends on what you mean by the surface, because what we see of Neptune is only the top of very thick dense clouds.

There are studies that show that Neptune's air pressure should be roughly 2 bars. This means the atmospheric pressure is twice the pressure at sea level on Earth.

11.257 newtons (2.53 pounds) per kilogram of mass.

14.8 percent greater than at the Earth's surface.
