According to the Kawasaki site you should use SE class SAE 10W40, 10W50, 20W40 or 20W50 oil for the engine. You use SAE 10W oil for the front fork.
I have a service manual for that bike and it says to add 300mL per side when changing oil and 355+/-2.5mL after disassembly if it's completely dry.
Only oil changing = 235 ml amount per side; after disassembly and completely dry = 276 ml +-2.5 ml. SAE 10W20 preferred.
The recommended oil capacity for the front forks of a Kawasaki KE100 is 160-170cc per fork leg. It is important to refer to the owner's manual for the specific type and amount of fork oil required for optimal performance.
