They are the same thing, so it really doesn't matter. I usually say graph, but whatever is easiest to you.

A pie graph is used when representing portions of a whole.
100% = 360 degrees (at the centre of the pie. So, at the centre of the pie, a segment of P percent subtends an angle of 3.6*P degrees.
It's a Pie graph or Pie Chart are two other common names for a circle graph.
