I am pretty sure it is PH5

P=Phosphorus (charge of three)

H= Hydrogen (charge of one)

Penta= charge of 5

since it's Pentahydride, penta=5(takes Phosphorus' place of charge on hydrogen)

Since Hydrogen has a charge of one, it doesn't show on Phosphorus
