Diamond is tops, but depending on the growth pattern of the crystal, not all diamonds are of equal hardness. And the hardest ones are used for polishing the softer ones.

Sapphire would be next in the list, along with ruby, the same bulk material, but with different impurities. (Emerald is lower in Mohs hardness.)

Corundum would fill out the fourth place for the natural materials in the lithosphere.
