The answer previously given was a routing number, not a fractional number. These are two different things. You would need to check with the bank for the fractional number as it is based off several different parameters.

Regardless, the banks are more concerned with protecting the rights of the people who committed fraud and cashed a check that doesn’t belong to them than they are will helping the victims of the fraud. But I guess that’s where we are at this point of history so…great. Chase or Bank One. Neither will assist anyway.
