I dont really understand this questions but a 1981 Camaro has 5 lug wheels.
Look in back or in front of the gas tank, just follow the gas line that comes out of the gas tank and it will be on it.
I do not have a diagram of a 1981 Camaro with the 3.8 V6 engine. My link only goes back as far as 1982 and the Camaro had no 3.8 installed that year. The turn signal relay for a 1981 Camaro should be mounted in on the fuse box. It is on the upper left hand corner.
