Its not a brand new engine so its going to be a little less than factory rated. A good estimate would be around 18-23 depending on if its highway or street.

you need the engine, wiring harness, and transmission. All three to make the swap.
if its a standard trans it doesn't have one, if it's automatic it should be coming up by the firewall passenger side. might be cover by wires

Yes, but you have to remove the automatic transmission housing, and you have to replace the Torque Converter with a standard transmission clutch that matches the type of transmission with which you are mating the engine.
Answerwith a little modification it will but no it won't bolt up to the 96 engine and besides the 96 had a stronger transmission then the 86.
