Claws
A bird of prey's 'claws' are known as Talons
A griffin/gryphon is a mythical creature with a lion's body and the wings of an eagle. It's eagle-features may extend to it including an eagle's head and front claws as well as just the wings. A chimera/chimaera is rather ferociously a mixture between a lion (head), goat (body) and dragon (tail).
Claws can be used to forage, to grip objects, and to defend or attack.
I can't answer that because it makes no sense. But if you meant "how sharP are the claws of an eagle?" then they are very sharp.
