Triceps muscle has got medial head, lateral head and long head. Long head has got the origin from the infraglenoid tubercle. That means, when you contract the triceps muscle, long head gets support from the scapula bone. That gives additional support for the muscle to do the the action of extension on the elbow joint.

In human anatomy, the fibularis longus (also known as peroneus longus) is a superficial muscle in the lateral compartment of the leg, and acts to evert and plantar flex the ankle.
it works along with the fibularis brevis to evert the foot.
Trapezius muscle, deltoid muscle, infraspinatus muscle, teres minir, teres major, triceps, latissimus, Sartorius, Gluteous medius and major, quadriceps, biceps femoris, triceps surae, peroneous longus, tibialis anterior, adductor magnus, semimembraneous muscle, gastrocnemius muscle, soleous, flexor hialicis longus... theres a lot. If you were more specific, had a guide, or a book, we could be more helpful.
When the biceps contracts the triceps relaxes slowly. It happens when your arm is bent.
Adductor longus is a muscle in the inner thigh that primarily functions to adduct the thigh, meaning it moves the thigh towards the midline of the body. It also assists in flexing the thigh at the hip joint.
Triceps brachii and the anconeus attach to the olecrannon process. The pronator quadratus originates at the anteriodistal end for the ulna. The supinator, extensor pollicis longus and brevis, abductor pollicis longus, and extensor indicis all originate on the ulna.
The primary function ofthe biceps brachi is suppination of the forarm, only when the forearm is suppinated does the biceps brachi assist brachialis in flexion of the elbow. The Triceps brachi is the only significant extensor of the elbow joint.
Putting your arm down engages the triceps. The primary function of this muscle is to allow you to straighten your arm at the elbow. The tricep is the antagonist of the bicep.
