I think it varied on which engine The car originally came with, but mine is A 1992 Z28 with the 5.7 TPI and I have 3.42:1 gears ratio, and my 1987 Iroc-z with The 5.0 carbureted has 3.23:1
Checking the build code, GU2, shows the rear gear is 2.73 and not 3.43 as noted with the six speed on most web sites. 3.43
