The question assumes the Holy Spirit is a 3rd member of the Godhead. This is not Scriptural. It is God's power that emanates from Him and His Son (aka Spirit of Christ) that is promised to come into the disciple of Christ to give them the faith of Him to do the good works of God. Some examples:
