Likud is a political party. There's the Chief Rabbinate of Israel, which consists of one Ashkenazi and one Sephardi rabbi. However, they hold influence ONLY over Jews for religious matters. Non-Jews are not governed by them in any way at all. It is as others have said, a secular democracy. There are around 8 non-Jewish members of the Knesset plus on the Cabinet including a number of Muslims and Christians. The supreme and court systems are secular in their rulings.
