The green fluid is the antifreeze.
The clutch fluid container is on the right of the engine bay. The container will have a mark molded into the side of the container, or a dip-stick attached to the lid. Confirm that the level of fluid is above the mark.

pop the hood. on the drivers side firewall there is a white container with a black cap. that is your master cylinder reservoir. there is a full mark on the side of it. fill with appropriate fluid. the cap should tell you what kind to use.

The gold Belleek mark is dated between 1981-1992. There are a few different green Belleek marks that date from 1946-1981. The green mark is older and most pieces with the green mark are worth more than the gold mark. The oldest Belleek mark is black (starting in 1863) and the current colour is blue.
Add fluid into the dipstick pipe. ed724 Use a long nose funnel that could plug into the dipstick pipe and then add transmission fluid small quantity at a time and check level. Repeat until the correct mark (there is cold transmission fluid mark and a hot fluid mark on the dipstick). Never overfill tranmission fluid!
As long as the ball isn't in motion and it is on the green, you can mark its position and wait your turn to play.
